My research focuses on addressing the past and present of the construction industry while maintaining a positive vision for the future. At COIN lab, we investigate people, process, and technology at the organizational level and project level. We study organizational change, workforce shortages, Construction 4.0 (with a focus on Digital Twins and Augmented Reality), Lean Construction, digital delivery, and process reengineering.
