Jessica Howard

Jessica Howard is originally from Murfreesboro, TN and is majoring in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, she is a Singletary Scholar and member of the Lewis Honors College in the Scholars in Engineering and Management (SEAM) Pathway. Jessica is heavily involved in UK’s chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), where she serves on the executive board as Treasurer. She is also a member of the second cohort of the Lewis Honors College Rising Leaders Program. In Fall 2022 and Summer 2023, Jessica completed rotations in GE Appliances’ Supply Chain Co-op Program, where she was able to discover an interest in Lean Manufacturing and Management. These experiences confirmed her interest in pursuing an MBA after her undergraduate career. After obtaining an MBA, Jessica hopes to build a career working in the beauty and skincare industry. Outside of school, Jessica likes to go for walks at the Arboretum, go to the gym, go thrifting, and spend time with her family and friends.
