Average Co-op Salaries

2019-20 Average and Median Co-op Pay

Below are the averages for co-op pay for UK co-op students. Keep in mind that salaries often increase with progressive work sessions, so they might be lower in the first work session and higher in the last session. Startup or very small companies sometimes pay less than larger and highly profitable organizations, but offer benefits such as exposure to startup environments, business plan development and being on the "ground floor" of a new company.

Many employers work out a scale based on a combination of the number of work sessions completed and hours completed toward degree. This translates into raises as students progress through work sessions.
