Fall Networking and Recruiting Events

Fall Career Connections, September 12-13, 2019

This two-day event will allow students to get a resume review, conduct a mock interview and/or have their LinkedIn profile reviewed by an engineering employer. Employers volunteer to help make this event possible and students have an opportunity to speak with a "real life" employer about what it takes to set themselves up for success at career fairs, online applications, networking events and interviews. Students must sign up in advance to participate because spots are limited. The sign up period will be from August 28 to September 9 through the jobs -> on campus interview section of Handshake. Download the registration instructions here.

 DAY 1 - SEP. 12, 1-5 pm:

20-minute resume reviews and 30-minute LinkedIn profile reviews

DAY 2 - SEP. 13: 10 am-4:30 pm

45-minute mock interviews, professional photographs and networking skills practice

Fall College of Engineering Co-op and Internship Fair, October 25, 2019

Join engineering employers seeking students for internships or co-ops on Friday, October 25, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at the Buell Armory. You can view an updating list of registered employers here.

Career Fair+

All Engineering Fairs will be using the "Career Fair Plus App," which will allow you to research employers in attendance ahead of time. Engineering Resume Review/Interview Drop-ins - every Tuesday 1-4 pm and Wednesday 3-6 pm

Drop-ins meetings last 10-15 minutes and are designed to help with your resume, letter writing, interviewing or searching for a job or internship opportunity.
