April 23, 2020

His submission is titled "Uniform Criteria for Accurate Detection of High Frequency Oscillations in the Epileptic Brain."

Biomedical engineering doctoral student Amir Al-Bakri has been accepted for a Travel Trainee Award through the 2020 BRAIN Initiative® Investigators Meeting Abstract Submission System. His submission is titled "Uniform Criteria for Accurate Detection of High Frequency Oscillations in the Epileptic Brain."

Due to the fact that the 2020 BRAIN Initiative Investigators Meeting has been shifted to a virtual format, Al-Bakri will not be traveling for the event. However, the virtual meeting will feature a “Trainee Flash Talk” during which all Trainee Awardees will highlight their research efforts. Additionally, Al-Bakri's abstract will be included in the virtual poster hall, where he will be able to share his work and findings with the BRAIN community.
