Registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, lunch and coffee breaks.
One-day rate is for Thursday Oct 27 only and includes meals.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to dana.harrod@uky.edu.
- Cancellations received by or before October 22th are assessed a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations received after October 22th or after are not refundable.
Attendee substitutions may be made from the same organization at any time and must be submitted in writing.
