Learn how to use potatoes to generate electricity and light up a small light bulb! This activity helps teach kids the basics of simple electrical circuits and the concepts of electrical engineering. Electrical engineering exists in almost everything we use on a day-to-day basis, from turning on a light to playing a video game. In aircraft, electrical engineers are responsible for making sure the plane has the power and equipment it needs to fly!
