We are hosting E-Day Live! as a live YouTube broadcast from campus on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 9am – 3pm. To ensure safety during the pandemic, all E-Day Exhibitors have two options to participate.
- Live exhibit/activity broadcast from designated on-campus area
- Pre-recorded exhibit/activity
The registration deadline is Friday, January 22, 2021. Make sure to register your exhibit before the deadline! Although the deadline has passed, you can still register prerecorded exhibits.
You can register an exhibit for any of the following increments: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes. When registering, you can tell us what age range of students for whom your presentation is best suited. At this time, each exhibitor is permitted to register for as many exhibits as they like. If you would like to have more than one exhibit, please complete the Exhibitor Registration Form for each exhibit (this provides the most seamless understanding of exhibits for us and for our E-Day registrants).
Live exhibit/activity broadcast from designated on-campus area
Live exhibits will be broadcast to YouTube from an on-campus designated area. Only two individuals will be allowed to set up and host their exhibit due to COVID-19 restrictions.
To ensure proper social distancing, there will be three separate exhibit spaces for use during E-Day Live, which will be cleaned in between exhibitors. To safeguard our community from COVID-19, all CDC and campus guidelines on COVID-19 will be strictly followed. All participants will be required to wear face masks.
We will showcase at least two exhibits per hour and will include a brief Q&A from the audience from the YouTube Live Chat.
Here is an overview of how exhibitors will participate on the day of the event:
- Exhibitors will check in at their designated on-campus location no less than 30 minutes before their scheduled exhibit time
- Exhibitors will have 15 minutes to set up their activity, and then up to 60 minutes to host an exhibit. Depending on the length of the presentation, a Q&A will follow.
- There will only be two camera operators in the room during the presentation. One camera will capture a wide shot of the full table and presentation area. The other camera will get a close-up shot of the action!
Exhibitors can also create on-demand content that will be shared during the event. Any pre-recorded exhibit will be published on YouTube and a link to the video will be placed on the E-Day website and shared with E-Day participants via email on the day-of. Any prerecorded exhibit will need to be sent to the E-Day team no later than February 14, 2021.

Virtual Classroom Visit Opportunity
There is also an opportunity to present to K-12 classrooms during the week leading up to E-Day. You can indicate your interest on the registration form and someone from the E-Day team will follow up with you about this opportunity.
