This was posted in Slashdot, but I'd like to talk about it:
I'm just now getting to listen to this (since it's EASY to slashdot streaming media. VERY easy) and it's pretty interesting stuff. If you're into electronic music like me, you might actually enjoy it. It's like a statistical sample of 20 radio stations merged into one audio track. A lot of the time, it's just weird noise, but then sometimes you hear just one station coming through and you hear that song, and then sometimes (when Eigenradio is at its best) a beat emerges from the noise and you get something like an algorithmic reincarnation of Boards of Canada being possessed by Einstürzende Neubauten and Autechre at the same time. And it's wicked cool.
Weird... it just slipped into a "solo" of a punk cover of "Take On Me" by A-ha. Heh heh. I'm going to keep listening to this for a while.
