Post Doctoral Research Associate Position IThis position is for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic and molecular devices based on one-dimensional (1-D) AAO array templates (see our publications) and carbon nanotubes and nanowires. The candidate should have strong background in single-electron transistors, molecular devices, and synthesis of nanotubes and nanowires. People strongly motivated for exploration in the frontier of future electron devices are highly encouraged. Interested candidates should send a resume to the address listed below.Post Doctoral Research Associate Position IIThis position is to study the phonon energy coupling among Si-O, Si-Si, and Si-D bonds by measuring the phonon vibrational modes of silicon dioxide and silicon oxynitride using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and to study the origin of the energy coupling enhancement (see our publications). The candidate should have strong background in dielectric materials and FTIR spectroscopy. People strongly motivated for exploration in the frontier of future electron devices are highly encouraged. Interested candidates should send a resume to the address listed below.Post Doctoral Research Associate Position IIIThis position is to study gate insulators of MOS devices using our recent discovered phonon-energy-coupling enhancement (PECE) effect (see our publications). The candidate should have strong background in dielectric materials and MOS device fabrication. People strongly motivated for exploration in the frontier of future electron devices are highly encouraged. Interested candidates should send a resume to the address listed below. |
