This semester the student chapter is hosting the 4th annual golf scramble at Lakeside Golf Course in Lexington, KY. This golf scramble is one of the most important fund raisers that our student chapter hosts, and will allow us to subsidize student costs for various events throughout the school year.

To view a flyer for the event click here.

Below are registration forms that can be filled out and sent in an e-mail to Nathanael.Stocke@uky.edu. It is important to note that simply filling out this form and sending it in an e-mail does not guarantee one a spot in the scramble. If the registration fees are not paid by October 1st then the participant will not be allowed to participate in this event.
