for EE499 Proposal Presentation
· Present the information in
your proposal.
· Use Power Point.
· Each team will speak for 15
minutes. Each member of the team must speak. The team should have about 8 to 20
slides.
· Slides should have few words,
the speaker provides the words, explains the schematics, gives the significance
of the numbers in tables, and gives the significance of waveforms.
· Slides should have few
equations, only the most important equations that are needed to explain
important design issues that are to be addressed.
· Summarize your detailed specification.
· Present your Ghant/Pert
chart and orally highlight important schedule issues
· You want to communicate to
the audience what you are proposing to do and communicate that you have a realistic
plan to accomplish what is being proposed.
· The last speaker for a team
must summarize the results, must have a summary slide.
· Be prepared to answer
questions. Any member of the class as well as the instructor may ask questions
during your presentation.
I
will have my laptop and the projector. Bring your presentation on a CD or a USB
memory stick. You can bring your own laptop as a backup.
