PREVIEW CONTROLS The PREVIEW function allows the user to preview the scan target. The preview screen can be DOWN SAMPLED for more rapid feedback. For example: A downsample value of 1 is full resolution. A downsample of 2 will sample every other pixel. The DISPLAY CROP will display a cropped window for fine focusing and alignment with the target object. A TEST PATTERN of stripes can be projected for multi-projector alignment. The stripe pattern can be Horizontal, Vertical or both directions. The PREVIEW DISPLAY angle can be 0 or 90 and also be invert by 180 degrees. When first setting up a system, the preview screen is set to 0 so the user can observe the true camera orientation. Once the camera is orientated properly, the preview orientation can be set as desired without affecting the processing of the world coordinate data.
