DEBUG CONTROLS:

Save YP: Saves a filenameYP.byt file with each scan mat5 file/s. YP is the phase information and with the G file can be used to reconstruct
the XYZ values.

Save PMP patterns: Saves all the captured patterns in the calibration directory of that machine. Used for analysis and research.
