Matthew is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering here at the University of Kentucky. Matthew received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering here at the University of Kentucky in 2006. Current research interests include the utilization of biological agents to improve implant biocompatibility and the effect of material properties on cell adhesion and proliferation on bioglass surfaces.
