Gargi Ghosh is a final year Ph.D. student in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering at the University of Kentucky. She obtained her Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Calcutta University, India. Prior to joining UK, she had also obtained her Master of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Gargi's current project involves the development of cell based biosensor for physiological detection. She will complete her Ph.D. in December, 2007.
