This CD has three main directories: 
1) Journal-paper PDF-file Directory,
2) PowerPoint Directory (PowerPoint Lecture files), and
3) Design model directory (Design models and Ads).

Journal paper files start with the "year of publication", and followed by a "number" corresponding to the journal listing number. For example: 97_57 pqrsX denotes the paper "pqrs" listed as "No.57" was published in 1997. Files starting with "02" are recently accepted/in-press papers. Files affixed with an "X" are considered major publications. 
There are two sub-directories in the PowerPoint Directory: 1) lecture files on Design with Smart Materials and 2) lecture files on Distributed Sensors and Actuators.

Please note that most published journal papers were scanned and converted to PDF files, and recent accepted/in-press publications were directly converted from the text files. However, some old “secondary” journal publications were only partially scanned, at least, including the first few, the last few, and some key pages. 

It took me days to compile this CD (including scanning and file conversion), years to organize the PowerPoint files, and my "life time" to prepare and to improve myself to do the work - but it is still only a drop of water in an ocean of highly accomplished scholars. Have fun.
