Meeting begins at 5:00 p.m.

• Engineering tutoring will begin in two weeks

o Coordinator – Tyler Juliard

o Tutoring will be in Ingels Hall 6-8 p.m. Mondays and at RGAN Commons 6-8 p.m. on Wednesdays

o A schedule for the semester was given out with all Honor Societies scheduled as Primary Groups

o Primary Groups must send at least two representatives each week

o Other Engineering groups can send representatives to help out

• Fall Retreat

o Friday September 8th will leave 5:00 pm

o Gwinn island Resort in Danville

o All organizations must send one representative

• Phonathon

o In order to obtain money must participate in ESC events

o Email Ben Allen for questions

o Applications on ESC website

o If you are traveling fill out a W9 form from the IRS website

o Submit your request before you spend money as some rules may have changed

• If your organization was not at Freshmen Orientation and you are not an honor society then stay after meeting and get in touch with Grace

• If your organization is having an event then email Grace so we can put it on the ESC calendar

• University Organizations

o Wildwater Cats are looking for members

o SOC – email for help with organization events

• Vote Taken on Stand Against Violence Against Women resolution

o Resolution passed
