Cheating and/or plagiarism are serious academic offenses and will not be tolerated. Any student found to be either cheating or plagiarizing on graded materials including tests, quizzes and homework will be dealt with according to approved university procedures at that university. This includes copying during tests and quizzes, copying of homework from other students or outside sources and using non-allowed material during tests and quizzes. No warnings will be given as there is a zero tolerance policy towards this behavior!

The second link covers sections 6.3 to 6.5 of Part II which defines plagiarism
and cheating as well as the penalties and procedures used once a student is
accused of an offense. Note that the minimum penalty is an E in the
course (not an E on the test, quiz or homework).
