cdod

Purpose
This function performs the clustered-dot ordered dithering algorithm.

Synopsis
y = cdod(x, M, N)
y = cdod(x, M, N, A)

Description
y = cdod(x, M, N) calculates the clustered-dot ordered dither halftone pattern, y of type uint8, for grayscale image x with macrocells of size M times N.

y = cdod(x, M, N, A) uses the orientation angle A (default=45 degrees).
