A recursive algorithm to compute
the wave-scattering solution of a finite-strip array
using an efficient plane-wave basis
C. C. Lu and W. C. Chew
A truncated, nonuniform, finite array of strips does not have a
closed-form solution. Using translational symmetry, a recursive
algorithm that calculates the scattering solution with N*(log N)*(log N)
computational complexity is described. The current distribution for the
Hz polarization shows small-length-scale oscillations not presented
in the Ez polarization.
