Tuition and Fees
A student in the Paducah program does not necessarily pay the UK tuition rates. For the freshman and sophomore years, before a student gains engineering standing, classes are primarily taken at WKCTC with an additional one to two UK engineering courses. Therefore, pre-engineering students pay WKCTC tuition.
For the junior and senior years, courses are primarily engineering based through UK with some additional courses possibly taken through WKCTC. Students in this situation have engineering standing and will pay the full-time student UK tuition.
All billing and payment will occur through UK. Paducah students will not directly pay WKCTC or MSU.
Students from Massac, Alexander, and Pulaski counties in Illinois take UK courses in Paducah at in-state tuition rates.
The published UK tuition rates include student fees. A student in the Paducah program would not be required to pay these fees, and therefore the tuition is slightly lower. Please contact us for an exact cost of tuition.
