The University of Kentucky College of Engineering will host Erica Volini, senior vice president of ACE Go-to-Market Operations for ServiceNow, and one of the foremost experts on the future of work. Volini’s talk, which will explore the intersection of diversity, equity & inclusion, and the workplace of the future, is made possible by UK’s Donovan Trust.
“If more than half of the women in your organization felt less optimistic about their career, had experienced non-inclusive behavior, and planned to leave their jobs, would you think it was ok?,” Erica recently tweeted in response to a survey of over 5,000 working women from around the world. This is only one of the challenges Erica will discuss during the event.
The event will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 8 in the Harris Ballroom in the Gatton Student Center. Lunch will be provided for all College of Engineering faculty, staff and students who RSVP here, by Friday, April 1.
