Two University of Kentucky civil engineering students are among 11 nationwide winners of scholarships from the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association (AREMA) Educational Foundation. Rob Birkenhauer and Grace Northcutt will each receive AREMA scholarships valued at $1,000.
