Faculty and Staff

The Mechanical Engineering faculty consists of 40 individuals widely recognized for their expertise in the field.  All faculty hold doctoral degrees from esteemed universities. Many bring valuable industrial experience to bear in their classrooms and research programs. All are active in research and scholarly activities and several hold patents for their devices or processes. Our faculty take pride in serving in professional societies and a significant number have been honored as "Fellows" in these societies.

The staff in the department are an important component as well, providing support to faculty and students in fulifilling our mission as a department.
