Fix for the BLASTER worm.

Instructions:
  1. Norton users read this. McAfee users read this.
  2. **IMPORTANT** Windows XP and Windows ME users: turn off System Restore
  3. Download and run the virus removal tool:FixBlast(for Norton users), Stinger(for McAfee users).
  4. Restart
  5. Re-run the removal tool. (To make sure the virus was removed).
  6. Patch the operating system: Windows XP, Windows 2000
  7. Restart
  8. Update your virus scanner's virus definition (DAT) files.
  9. Turn System Restore back on.
