The International Symposium on Magnetic Bearings will be held on the campus of the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, August 3-6, 2004. The symposium will bring together scientists and engineers from industry, universities and government laboratories to share the latest research on magnetic bearing science & technology. The previous symposia held in Switzerland, Japan and the USA have advanced the state-of-knowledge and have established a strong basis for expanded applications.
