CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Registration fee may be transferred to another colleague without charge. Regarding refund of fees, we must receive notification in writing no later than October 15, 2012. We regret that we cannot process any refund for cancellations following that date. There is a $200.00 handling charge for all cancellations. Please allow six to eight weeks after the conference for processing.
