CQI Operational Services Team Survey

We would like to offer you the opportunity to submit a proposal on improving your work processes to the CQI Operational Services Team. Listed below are some of the areas you MAY wish to consider commenting on. This list is by no means inclusive, so please feel free to comment on any other area where you believe improvements can be made.

Some suggested areas (not all inclusive):

Library Services, Blanding III-Engineer in Residence, Advancement (timely gift notifications and acknowledgements) Cooperative Education, Student Services, Advising, Computing Support, timely processing of administrative forms (acctg / travel / H.R. / human resource issues / inventory), College and/or department admins, professional development and training, professional conduct for faculty, staff and students.
