Student Group – Set up/Clean-up Crew
ESC Student Groups are asked to help with set-up and clean-up. Set-up will be Friday, February 22nd beginning at 3 pm. Clean-up will be on Saturday February 23rd at 1:00 pm. Everyone assisting with the set-up and clean-up will receive a t-shirt and food will be served following each session.
Please check with your Student Group’s President or E-Day Chair to sign up for the set-up/clean-up crew. If you are a student but not a member of a particular student group, you can still volunteer! E-mail Micaha Dean Hughes (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
Faculty/Staff/Community Member – E-Day Worker
Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer at this year’s E-Day event. As a volunteer, you will be welcoming guests, handing out information, giving directions, as well as answering other general questions about the event. Don’t worry; we’ll have a short training for volunteers before the event so you’ll know all the answers.
Volunteers are asked to work in two-hour shifts. We kindly request that you arrive at your assigned location at least ten minutes before the scheduled start of your shift.
Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, and snacks will be available during E-Day.
