The Gill Eminent Professor in Chemical and Materials Engineering, Dr. Kim Anderson, will speak about the role of communication in her career and about the cancer research she and her colleagues do at UK. She is Director of the UK National Science Foundation Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship Program, and Director of the UK National Science Foundation Research Experiences for Undergraduates Program as well as the Director of Undergraduate Studies in Chemical Engineering.
