General Information
Using no more than three (3) sheets of standard paper and a four (4) foot long section of masking tape, the participant must attempt to create the tallest possible freestanding tower that will stand on its own for at least one (1) minute. Tower cannot be built ahead of time or attached to walls.
Rules and specifications
- Only the provided material may be used.
- Participants may take as long as needed to construct their tower.
- All building must be done under the supervision of the judge(s).
Judging and testing
- The highest structure wins.
- The structures will be measured from the floor to the tallest point on the tower.
- The structures will be measured once they have stood on their own for at least five (1) minutes.
