Coal Loading Contest 2008
Description:
Contestants compete to ssee who can load the most coal in a two minute period using a remotely controlled front end loader. Rules/Procedure:
All ages are welcome.
This is a walk-up competition from 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m.
Contestants use a remotely controlled loading machine to load
coal into a truck.
Each contestant gets one minute of practice before beginning.
Each contestant gets exactly two minutes to load coal.
Please enter one time only.
Judging:
Winner is determined by the weight of coal loaded in the two
minute period.
Weight is based on the total amount of coal in the truck bed.
Two age brackets: 10 and younger, and 11 and older.
Prizes:
First and second place in each age bracket wins a prize.
Prize can either be picked up immediately after the competition or it will be mailed. Make sure your name and address are printed clearly on the entry form.
