Welcome to UK from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE)!

All ECE Freshman were invited to a Freshman Welcome Event on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at Jacobson Park (southeast of Lexington). Those attending had the opportunity to get to know their fellow freshman ECE students, as well as some faculty, upper classmen and department staff.

Transportation was provided from the Engineering Quadrangle. Events were led by the student chapter of IEEE and were targetted to let new students get to know their fellow students. A picnic dinner was provided and followed by open activities such as beach volleyball, frisbee, etc Participants will received a UK - ECE T-shirts, enjoyed good food, and a good time.
