Minority Engineering Day is an extension of our E-Day events hosted at the University of Kentucky College of Engineering.
There will be guest speakers from our engineering faculty and professionals within the industry and demonstrations by our National Society of Black Engineers chapter. We focus on topics and issues that help break down obstacles and barriers for underrepresented populations to partake in careers affiliated with engineering.
There will be a wealth of information for PARENTS & STUDENTS about the process of preparing for a career in Engineering. It is highly recommended and suggested that parents be in attendance at this event if at all possible.
