Isabel is a junior electrical engineering major and biomedical engineering minor from Effingham, Illinois. She is a member of the Lewis Honors College Scholars in Engineering and Management pathway, is a student worker in the Engineering Dean's Office, serves as the Director of Academic Achievement of Alpha Gamma Delta, participated in DanceBlue 2018 and conducts undergraduate research in the biomedical engineering Neural Systems Lab at UK. She recently finished a summer as an electrical engineering intern with Kentucky Utilities and is excited to be back on campus for classes and to continue her research. In her free time, Isabel enjoys reading, playing intramural volleyball, taking dance classes at the Johnson Recreation Center, learning about new technology and exploring Lexington with friends. After graduation, Isabel plans to continue her education to get a MBA and a masters degree in biomedical engineering.
