Rollie is a junior studying chemical engineering with a minor in biomedical engineering. He grew up in Lexington, Kentucky but also lived in Greece for seven years. At UK, he's involved in a variety of organizations and activities. Rolle is in the Lewis Honors College and serves as the president for the Engineering Student Council. He's also a member of Triangle Fraternity, a social fraternity for STEM majors and architecture majors, where he has held several positions, such as vice president of recruitment and bettermen scholarship chair. Additionally, when not in class, Rollie does sleep analysis, seizure detection, and thermoregulation research in a biomedical engineering laboratory and responsive membrane research in a chemical engineering laboratory. Furthermore, Rollie is very passionate about DanceBlue, a 24-hour no sitting, no sleeping dance marathon to raise fund to fight against pediatric cancer. In his free time, Rollie likes to swim, hike, rock climb and play board games.
