Julie Johnson serves as the Budget Officer for Engineering Technology and the Institute of Research for Technology Development. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky focusing on business management. Since then, her career path has focused on human resources and financial management. Julie provides guidance for prospective and current faculty, staff and students regarding the onboarding process and ensures current employees have the tools they need to be successful at UK. Her current financial scope manages the budget for both departments and provides financial analysis to help ensure the department’s fiscal stability.
