Tony Colella is the Director of Enrollment Management and Special Programs for the UK College of Engineering. In this position he provides strategic guidance, analytics, and key initiatives to the Dean of the College on how to best achieve enrollment goals and outcomes. Additionally, he leads the programing and operation of the Engineering Living Learning Program, he oversees the Scholars in Engineering And Management (SEAM) honors pathway and plays a critical role in the process planning, selection, and scheduling of the Dean’s Leadership Course.
Prior to joining the UK College of Engineering in 2013, Tony served 24 years of active duty in the United States Air Force. In his final fours years of service, he served as the Operations Officer of Air Force ROTC - Detachment 290 at the University of Kentucky. He has a U.S. Air Force Associates degree in Logistics Planning, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University and a Master of Adult Education degree from Park University.
Tony is married and has a son and a daughter. In his spare time he is involved with his local church, spends time with family and officiates high school basketball in central Kentucky.
