The 21 full time civil engineering faculty, 19 in
civil engineering and two in engineering graphics, are all actively
engaged in teaching, research, and professional service. The 21 civil
engineering faculty hold doctoral degrees from well known national
and international universities. Two are women and two hold prestigious
endowed chairs.
This core of regular faculty is supplemented by ten part time,
adjunct faculty who are local professional engineers. These
engineers provide students with valuable insights into real world
engineering
projects.
