In recent years, the development of a modern engineering complex has been a major priority for the College of Engineering. As part of this initiative, the Department moved into a 71,385 gross square foot building in the spring of 1994. The Oliver H. Raymond Building contains the Department’s faculty and administrative offices, classrooms, laboratories, and computing facilities. It also houses the administrative offices and laboratories of the Kentucky Transportation Center. The student’s learning process is fostered in well-equipped teaching, research and computing facilities assuring the education received is equal to any in the nation.
