Please contact the Engineering Career Development Office to share your openings with us. We will target the desired majors and students to advertise your position. You can also post the positions directly to our online career management system, Wildcat Career Link. Wildcat Career Link is available to all current students and all UK alumni. You can also request an on-campus interview date and information session through the system or by contacting us directly.
Our Fall Engineering and Computer Science Career Fair will take place on September 27, 2016 in UK’s Memorial Coliseum. Employer registration is now live through our jobs system, Wildcat Career Link. If you have questions about the fair or registration, please e-mail us. Other career and networking related events will take place during the same week.
The UK Chapter of the American Instiute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) will host a golf scramble on September 26 during the day, where you can network with faculty, students and other companies. To find out more, please contact the AIChE Golf Scramble chair, Lauren Kilibarda, email@example.com.
The Society of Women Engineer’s UK chapter, which also hosts the fall career fair, invites employers and graduating seniors to join them for Engineering Evening with Industry, a networking event for employers seeking to recruit December 2016, or May or August 2017 engineering graduates. Employer Information Tables
Seeking a casual environment to promote your organization while marketing your internships, co-ops, part-time positions or career opportunities at the same time? We invite you to host an information table in the Ralph G. Anderson Atrium. Bring company signage, flyers and giveaways. Information tables will be available every Wednesday during the semester from 10:00 am-2:00 pm, Ralph G. Anderson Atrium – to reserve a table, e-mail email@example.com with the date that fits your schedule.
This Event takes place once a semester a week or two before the career fair. Have an employer critique your resume or give you a quick mock interview. No need to dress up, just stop by in between classes. The Fall date will be Friday, September 9, 2016, 10 am to 2 pm. Other ways to engage with students and brand your organization
Our office will be happy to help you get in front of students through events, such as employer information sessions, classroom presentations, student organization meetings or tabling in the College Buildings. We can also help you post your positions on Wildcat Career Link, provide you with salary statistics for engineering majors, connect you with faculty for research or senior design project work, or find other creative ways to brand your organization on campus.
