Message from the UKEEA President

College of Engineering alumni are among the greatest legacies and resources the University of Kentucky can boast. Graduates of the college provide leadership and advancements in technology, government, medicine, law, and business. College of Engineering alums have enhanced the reputation of UK through their intelligence, skill, and invention. Equally, they have supported its mission and furthered its work of preparing engineering leaders of tomorrow by giving generously of their time and resources.

On behalf of the UK Engineering Alumni Association Board of Directors, I urge you to increase your involvement and #ENGage with the college: visit campus regularly, attend college events, participate in on-campus interviews, employ engineering graduates, volunteer to host alumni activities, be a mentor for current students, and support your alma mater.

Your involvement with the College of Engineering and participation in its programs are crucial to our goal to become a Top 20 public research institution. Our College of Engineering’s past is distinguished, its present is secure, and its future is unlimited.

Use this website and our social media platforms often to learn more about the work of the College of Engineering, get important updates on upcoming alumni events, and keep in touch with your fellow alumni.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I will be glad to answer any questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

#ENGage today,

Austin Mattingly, BSME 2012
