2. Meet and discuss possible themes for 1999 SouthEastCON Hardware Design Contest
3. Decide upon design
4. Prepare 2 page proposal outlining the theme.
5. Present at next class.

You may use any of the resources available at VPI, South Florida, NC State, and Central Florida to obtain information regarding past and present IEEE SoutheastCON Contests. We will vote on the best proposal. The winning team members will have first selection of design tasks in constructing track/prototype.
