Clicking on the link will bring you to the equipment form. This must be filled out as completely as possible. (See Below) When you are done filling it out hit the submit button. This sends an email to Brian and Chuck with all of the information you provided. They now have the information they need to approve your request. You must now reserve the timeslot in the calendaring software.
