Step 2
The equipment information and reservation page shows the status of the equipment. Green = the tool is up and running. Yellow = there is limited capibilites. You should contact Brian or Chuck to see if it will work for your process and in most cases a note will indicate why it is limited. Red means the tool is not available. Click on the equipment you want to reserve. Next to the equipment status are links for that tool such as tool information, the reservation form, and the operating instructions if they are available. (See below) For the sake of example we will choose the AFM.
